Easy Payment Plan (FAQs)
Easy Payment Plan is a Tas’heel credit card feature that lets eligible cardholders convert qualifying transactions into fixed monthly installments instead of paying the full amount at once.
The minimum transaction amount is 2,000 or more.
If you receive an invitation by call or SMS, you must contact the Credit Card team on a recorded line to request the conversion. You can also go to the Notification Center in the app or check your transaction list to view eligible transactions and available installment periods: 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 24, or 36 months. Your request must be submitted within your current statement cycle and before your monthly statement is issued.
The installment period can be up to 36 months, depending on the transaction amount and the option you choose.
Yes. A profit rate will apply based on the installment period you choose. The full details will be shown to you before you confirm the conversion.
Your monthly Easy Payment Plan installment will be added to your total outstanding balance. Your minimum amount due each month will include 100% of your Easy Payment Plan installment, plus the standard 5% minimum payment on any remaining balance not converted to Easy Payment Plan.
Yes. You can have multiple active Easy Payment Plans at the same time, if you have enough available credit limit. You can convert your full outstanding balance or multiple eligible transactions. Each Easy Payment Plan will be treated as a separate agreement with its own repayment schedule.
If you do not pay the required installment by the due date, your Easy Payment Plan may be cancelled. The remaining amount due, including all profit and charges, will be transferred back to your standard credit card outstanding balance. Standard credit card profit rates and finance charges will then apply to the principal outstanding amount.
Yes. Early settlement and cancellation are allowed at any time. To cancel an active Easy Payment Plan, you must pay the full remaining balance, including any past due amounts, current installments, and applicable profit and charges. To request cancellation, call customer service at 8003044434.
Cardholders are responsible for reviewing their monthly statements. If you notice any discrepancy or want to raise a dispute related to your Easy Payment Plan enrollment or billing, you must do so within 30 days of the statement date. Tas’heel will investigate and respond according to its dispute resolution policy.
